Who Is This Guy?
The Voice To Set Your Project Apart

Unique
Seems like voice over talent websites are springing up all over these days, doesn’t it? Especially male voice over talent. So why does the world need yet one more?
Well, that’s like asking, “Why does the world need another American muscle car or another German luxury sedan?”
That’s easy. Because there is always room for excellence! Because variety is what makes life interesting!
Because no one else has my voice!
Experience
I was first bit by the recording bug the 70s, writing, producing and voicing radio commercials in southern California, where I was later hired as talent for television commercials.
In 2004, I began the award winning Lifespring! podcast, the world’s first Christian podcast not based on repurposed church sermons. As a pioneering podcaster, I was quoted in the book Tricks of the Podcasting Masters and the New York Times, co-authored a series of articles on podcasting and participated in a round table discussion on podcasting for Technologies For Worship Magazine, and appeared on the front page of Riverside, California’s newspaper, The Press Enterprise. Since that time, I’ve produced well over 1,500 episodes, and I’ve created several different programs, spawning Lifespring Media, Inc., a California 501 (c)(3) non profit religious corporation.
Proven
One of the most popular shows in the Lifespring Media family is the Lifespring Family Bible, in which I readthe entire Bible in one year. The Bible truly is the ultimate audio book! This show continues to experience hundreds of thousands of downloads each year.
In Demand
The idea of becoming a full time voice over artist bounced around in my mind for some time as my love for creating audio content grew and my vocal style (…ahem!…) matured. Then I began to receive inquiries from listeners to my various podcasts, asking me to record commercials for their businesses. It was then that I began to seriously consider voice over as the next chapter in my professional life.
Committed To Excellence
I began to seek out some of the best coaches in the field…proven, working voice over artists and casting directors who have a gift for teaching the craft. I found Pat Fraley, and then MJ Lallo to work with first. (For more about these inspiring sessions, click here.) Of course, this is an ongoing effort, because one can always learn new skills and polish those already present. As a result of my training, I learned that my voice is well suited for not only podcasts and commercials, but for video game and corporate video narrations, audio books, movie trailers, promos, and pretty much any type of project that calls for a warm, friendly, mature, believable, conversational type of delivery.
